Key Responsibilities:
- Provide non-medical personal care to clients in their homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help clients with mobility, transfers, and light exercise.
- Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the care team or supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client care records.
- Follow care plans as directed by the supervisor or healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a caregiver or in a similar is required.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dependable.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility, as needed.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
