Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
We are part of an interdisciplinary team that provides hands-on personal care, reports changes in the client's condition, performs simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provides incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in their homes.

BIG PICTURE VIEW OF DUTIES
- Provide essential support to seniors, enabling them to live safely at home.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Remind clients about medications, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
- Evaluate and ensure a safe home environment with clear pathways.
- Participate in activities that bring joy to clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least six months of prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course/certificate.
- Two positive professional references.
