Job Title: Personal Caregiver
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Caregiver to assist with daily living activities for a client requiring support with bathing, hygiene, toileting, and partial assistance with personal care. The caregiver will also provide mobility support, including assistance with transfers and walking.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with bathing, hygiene, and toileting.
- Offer partial support with personal care tasks.
- Assist with mobility, including transfers and walking.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, meal preparation, and running errands as needed.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with the family, ensuring updates and any changes in the client’s care are promptly shared.
- Follow a structured care plan and ensure adherence to shift timings as requested by the family.
- Be punctual for all shifts—late arrivals may result in the caregiver being sent back.
- Maintain a positive and respectful rapport with the client, ensuring comfort and well-being at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role.
- Ability to assist with mobility and personal care tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both with the client and their family.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Ability to follow care plans and adhere to a structured schedule.
