Resident Assistant/Caregiver Afternoon/PM

Available Schedule: Full Time Afternoon (PM) shifts Shift Differential: Additional $1.00 per hour for PM shifts

What You'll Do: Build meaningful relationships with residents while delivering excellent care and customer service Assist adults with activities of daily living Promote a safe, healthy, and positive living environment Support residents with dignity, professionalism, and compassion Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care Complete additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For: Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required CNA certification not required Passion for providing outstanding care and service Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable using computers, Internet, and Microsoft Office Ability to meet physical requirements and pass DHS and criminal background study
