Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of SEO experience, with demonstrated ownership of strategy and results
- Local SEO expertise - Google Business Profile optimization, local citations, map pack rankings, and multi-location SEO strategy
- Technical SEO proficiency - site audits, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, page speed, and indexation
- Content & on-page SEO - keyword research, content briefs, metadata optimization, and internal linking strategy
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable in Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO platforms like Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Experience working with web/dev teams to implement technical recommendations
- Ability to track, report, and communicate SEO performance and strategy to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Healthcare or multi-location local business SEO experience
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
- Familiarity with schema markup for healthcare
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge — enough to implement fixes without always needing a developer
- Experience managing or contributing to a content calendar
