Role Overview
CEO is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to manage both business and personal day-to-day operations. This role is a true right-hand position—focused on saving time, increasing efficiency, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across multiple priorities.
You will be responsible for handling a mix of business operations, scheduling, travel, and personal logistics, allowing the CEO to stay focused on high-level decisions and growth.
This is a high-trust role requiring discretion, responsiveness, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Business Support
- Manage CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and priorities across multiple business initiatives
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with basic reporting, document preparation, and operational coordination
- Track tasks and ensure execution across ongoing projects
Personal & Lifestyle Management
- Handle personal scheduling, appointments, and logistics
- Coordinate travel (business personal), including flights, hotels, and itineraries
- Manage reservations, errands, and day-to-day personal needs
- Act as a central point of coordination for all personal matters
Communication & Organization
- Manage and organize email, messages, and communications
- Draft emails and respond on behalf of CEO when appropriate
- Maintain organized systems for documents, files, and key information
Financial & Administrative
- Track and submit expense reports
- Organize receipts, invoices, and basic financial documentation
- Assist with bill pay and vendor coordination as needed
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Experience supporting a CEO, founder, or high-level executive
- Strong ability to manage both business and personal responsibilities simultaneously
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and operate in a fast-paced environment
