The Role
We're looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Manager to own and scale our patient acquisition channels across paid social and paid search. You'll take full ownership of campaigns across Meta and Google, from strategy and setup to testing, optimization, and reporting, with a direct impact on appointment volume and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of paid media experience, with at least 4 years independently managing Meta and Google Ads at scale
- Advanced, hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads - campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Experience running hyper-local, geo-targeted campaigns across multiple markets or locations
- Strong tracking and attribution knowledge - Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking
- Proven experience managing $1M in annual paid media spend
- Disciplined A/B testing mindset across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Strong analytical skills - able to interpret data, identify trends, and make confident optimization decisions
- Clear communicator - translates campaign performance into stakeholder-ready insights and next steps
