What You’ll Do:
- Lead all aspects of plant operations including production, sanitation, supply chain, and maintenance
- Recruit, train, and develop plant personnel
- Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage capital projects and preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and cost control
- Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and respect
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or processing operations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, logistics, and maintenance
- Experience with budgeting and financial oversight preferred
- SAP knowledge a plus
- Strong or advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint/Word are highly desired.
- Safety mindset and ability to navigate the production facility
