Responsabilidades
- Preparar carnes, guarniciones e ingredientes según especificación
- Cocinar y emplatar la comida de manera rápida y precisa
- Mantener la limpieza y los estándares de seguridad alimentaria
- Ayudar con el reabastecimiento e inventario básico
- Se prefiere de 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia
- Familiaridad con parrilla básica, preparación y trabajo en la línea
- Capacidad para trabajar eficientemente bajo presión
- Puntual, limpio y orientado al trabajo en equipo
Asado Gaucho is hiring a dependable line cook to join our team at Windmill Food Hall Carlsbad, Oceanside area. You'll be prepping and cooking high-quality Argentine-inspired dishes in a fast-paced, open-kitchen setting.
Responsibilities
Prep meats, sides, and ingredients to spec
Cook and plate food quickly and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Assist with restocking and basic inventory
Requirements
6 months - 1 years of kitchen experience preferred
Familiar with basic grill, prep, and line cooking
Able to work efficiently under pressure
Punctual, clean, and team-oriented
Be part of a growing concept centered around fire-grilled flavor and hospitality.
