Technical Product & Expertise
- Senior-level Wells Engineer role focused on design, planning, and management of drilling operations.
- Must handle mid-level wells engineering complexity, including casing/tubing string design and activity unit selection.
- Requires translating Client Wells guidelines/standards into practical execution with measurable business impact.
- Expected to drive technology adoption and field optimization opportunities.
Experience Requirements
- Strong, hands-on Wells Engineering experience in drilling/completions/interventions (not junior level).
- Direct experience managing drilling operations and collaborating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders and contractors.
- Previous exposure to budget impact, operational efficiency, and leading technical recommendations.
- Experience guiding or mentoring others in Wells engineering is preferred.
Soft Skills & Leadership
- Ability to coordinate work independently and bring together inputs across teams.
- Strong communicator who can represent the client externally as a subject matter expert when needed.
- Must be capable of delivering recommendations that influence operational decisions.
