We’re partnering with a mission-driven, growth-oriented healthcare organization to identify a Director of Support Services who will play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence across multiple service lines.

This is a highly visible position reporting directly to executive leadership, responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of essential operational functions that support patient care and day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and optimize core support service functions including transportation, facilities, dining operations, purchasing, and equipment management
• Build and implement systems that drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and operational performance metrics
• Develop and mentor leaders while creating accountability across teams
• Ensure operations are structured to support both current execution and future growth

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, healthcare, facilities, or multi-site environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple departments or service lines simultaneously
• Strong track record of building processes, systems, and operational discipline
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams
• Hands-on leader with a bias for action and continuous improvement

Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required—this role is about operational leadership and execution.
