What You’ll Do
As a Sales Closer, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to homeowners who value speed, confidence, and certainty. You’ll be trained and equipped with a proven system to:
- Work high-quality inbound PPC leads (no cold calling).
- Create outbound opportunities through strategic follow-up.
- Uncover seller motivation and structure win-win offers.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close high-stakes real estate deals.
- Collaborate with our elite dispositions team to finalize contracts.
- Close deals fast with precision, urgency, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of proven, high-performance sales experience.
- Strong closer with grit, emotional intelligence, and hunger to win.
- Competitive, coachable, and driven by growth.
- Willing to go all in: late nights, weekends, and extra reps.
- Must live in or relocate to St. Petersburg, FL.
Compensation & Schedule
- Commission-Only (with 2-month training base to ramp pipeline).
- Average Commission: $3,500–$7,500 per deal.
- Typical Closers: 3 deals/month = $12K–$20K monthly.
- Top Performers: 8–12 deals/month = $200K–$350K per year.
- Schedule: Full-time, in-office (Mon–Fri).
- Marketing: All inbound PPC leads paid for by the company.
