Full-Time or Part-Time | Outpatient Clinic – Private Practice | Rehoboth, MA 02769

Overview:
A thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic in Rehoboth, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist. Full-time availability (40 hours/week) is preferred, but candidates with 30 hours and 4 days of availability will also be considered.

We are looking for a personable clinician with strong communication skills. New graduate PTs will be supported with a year-long mentorship program to ensure success and professional growth.

Caseload / Patient Population:

• Treat patients of all ages in a general orthopedic outpatient setting

• Opportunities to develop a specialty or pursue advanced certifications

• 1:1 patient care with 40-minute appointments

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full-time salary range: $78,000–$95,000, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for Massachusetts state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

• New graduate PTs supported and mentored
