Clinic Manager/Physical Therapist - Outpatient - License Required

Full-Time or Part-Time | Outpatient – Private Practice | San Antonio, TX 78229

Overview:
A thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Clinic Director or Staff-Level Physical Therapist. Full-time (40 hours/week) is preferred, though candidates with 16 hours/week will also be considered.

We are looking for a PT with a strong can-do attitude who is comfortable working independently. This clinician will be the sole PT on site initially and should be eager to treat a broad range of conditions, including lymphedema. On-site training and ongoing off-site clinical support are provided.

Caseload / Patient Population:

• Treat patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting

• Focused caseload: approximately 70% lymphedema

• Full-time PTs can expect up to 50 patients per week

• 1:1 direct patient care with 45-minute sessions or less

• Opportunities to develop a specialty or pursue certification are encouraged and supported

Compensation and Benefits:

• $80,000–$110,000/year, depending on experience and qualifications

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 7am–6pm

• No weekends or major holidays

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for TX state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• New graduate PTs will be supported and mentored

• Previous outpatient and/or lymphedema experience preferred

• Full-time preferred (40 hours/week); candidates with 16 hours/week will also be considered

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
