A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations within a fast-paced production environment. This position will oversee production planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, supplier performance, and inventory management while driving OTIF delivery, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
The role will also play a key part in ERP optimization, cross-functional coordination, and long-term supply chain strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading planning, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams
• Managing S&OP/SIOP and production scheduling activities
• Driving supplier negotiations, performance, and corrective actions
• Improving inventory turns, delivery performance, and cost control
• Supporting ERP systems, analytics, and process standardization
• Coordinating cross-functional initiatives across operations and supply chain
Qualified candidates will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing supply chain environment
• Strong background in production planning, procurement, ERP systems, logistics, supplier quality, warehousing, and import/export operations
• Experience driving OTIF performance, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to travel up to 20%
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
