We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a mission-driven pediatric therapy team in Warsaw, IN. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about helping children with diverse abilities reach their full potential through individualized care, collaboration, and evidence-based treatment strategies.
What You’ll Do as a Speech-Language Pathologist:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients with a range of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while partnering closely with families and a multidisciplinary care team.
Speech-Language Pathologist Duties Include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing individualized plans of care with measurable goals
- Treating speech, language, cognitive-linguistic, oral motor, and swallowing disorders
- Implementing and modifying treatment plans based on patient progress
- Maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, discharges)
- Educating families and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary therapy teams and participating in team meetings
- Referring families to additional community resources when appropriate
- Supervising support staff and student clinicians, ensuring proper guidance and compliance
- Participating in ongoing training, conferences, and continuing education
- Supporting clinic operations including equipment care and maintaining a safe, compliant environment
- Ensuring adherence to HIPAA, regulatory standards, and internal compliance policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for or possession of Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association)
- Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Indiana
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining high-quality care
