A growing, highly stable financial services organization is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to help build and scale a modern AWS-based cloud environment.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll influence platform architecture, drive automation, and improve overall system reliability in a collaborative, high-impact environment.
What you will be doing as a Cloud Platform Engineer
- Design, build, and enhance scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS
- Drive automation across infrastructure, deployments, and platform operations
- Develop and support CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application delivery
- Improve observability, monitoring, and system performance
- Partner with internal teams and external providers to deliver platform initiatives
- Establish and evolve cloud standards, governance, and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and infrastructure issues
What you will need as a Cloud Platform Engineer
- 4 years in cloud/platform engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (compute, networking, IAM, architecture)
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK)
- CI/CD pipeline design and implementation experience
- Solid understanding of cloud security, governance, and access controls
- Experience working with external partners, MSPs, or system integrators
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
