Regional Director of Property Operations – Seattle, WA
- Lead and supervise housing management and maintenance staff across a portfolio of 7 affordable housing communities, ensuring financial sustainability, compliance, and resident stability.
- Oversee operations, budgets, and KPIs for multiple subsidized and low-income housing developments; implement corrective action plans to maintain performance.
- Provide leadership, training, and professional development to staff, fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning with best practices in affordable housing.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, LIHTC, HUD, and local regulations, collaborating with auditors, funders, and compliance teams to maintain program standards.
- Partner with supportive service providers and community stakeholders to promote housing stability, eviction prevention, and resident well-being.
- Minimum qualifications include: at least 5 years of affordable housing property management experience overseeing multiple sites and staff; strong supervisory and communication skills; experience working with diverse populations; proficiency with property management software; and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
