Property Manager
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily operations of apartment communities
- Manage budgets, occupancy, rent collections, and resident satisfaction
- Supervise office and maintenance teams
- Ensure Fair Housing compliance and company standards
Assistant Property Manager
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with leasing and daily office operations
- Process applications, renewals, and move-in paperwork
- Support rent collections and resident communications
- Maintain resident files and administrative records
Leasing Consultant
Responsibilities include:
- Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes
- Convert leads into signed leases
- Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process
Affordable Housing Specialist
Responsibilities include:
- Complete income certifications and annual recertifications
- Maintain LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8 compliance
- Audit resident files for accuracy
- Work closely with site teams to ensure program compliance
Apartment Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities include:
- Complete resident service requests
- Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, flooring, and carpentry items
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
Groundskeeper / Porter
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain curb appeal and community appearance
- Remove trash and keep common areas clean
- Assist with apartment turns and maintenance projects
- Support seasonal property maintenance and snow removal
What We're Looking For
- Previous apartment or multifamily experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
- Valid driver's license for applicable positions
- EPA Certification, Boiler License, CAM, CAPS, CPO, ARM, or CPM certifications are a plus
- Experience with Yardi, RealPage, OneSite, Entrata, AppFolio, MRI, or ResMan is highly preferred
