Regional Nurse Consultant – Northern Illinois
Full-Time | Travel Required | RN Required
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for improving clinical outcomes across multiple sites? We are seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant to join our team and provide clinical oversight and support to a group of skilled nursing facilities in Northern Illinois.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership and consultation to nursing home teams across multiple sites.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Conduct regular site visits to evaluate clinical practices, survey readiness, and quality improvement initiatives.

Assist with staff education, onboarding, and training related to nursing policies and procedures.

Support and mentor Directors of Nursing and clinical teams to improve resident care and outcomes.

Analyze quality indicators and clinical data to drive improvements and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois (or compact license with eligibility).

Minimum 3 years of multi-site clinical oversight experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, survey processes, and quality improvement initiatives.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel regularly throughout Northern Illinois.
