What you'll do:
- Complete service requests and repairs in a timely, professional manner
- Perform preventive maintenance on property equipment and systems
- Assist with unit turns: painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of common areas
What we're looking for:
- 1 year in apartment or property maintenance
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair
- EPA 608 certification preferred
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 1:00pm
Pay: $20–$21 per hour, paid weekly.
