Community Manager – Gallatin County, MT
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned community.
- Lead the community in areas including associate management, leasing and marketing, compliance, accounting, resident satisfaction, and maintenance activities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, including sales/multi-family leasing and supervisory responsibility.
- Knowledge of LIHTC preferred.
- Familiar with technology including MS Office
- Prior budgeting experience and the ability to interpret financial statements.
- Experience using property management software, preferably Yardi.
- High school education or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Comp: $26-33/hr $2500 sign on bonus (after 90-days)
