What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete maintenance work orders and apartment turns
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Assist with preventive maintenance and general upkeep
- Work closely with onsite teams to prepare units for move-in
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in apartment, hotel, or residential maintenance required
- Must have own basic tools
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Able to perform physical, hands-on work
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
