Position Summary
Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and service to high end preoperty according to established safety and operating systems and processes. This position requires employee to work on-site at property.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Repair or maintenance at property
- Routine turnovers
- Reading and interpreting work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing and making adjustments
- Performing a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions
- Using a variety of hand and power tools in performing duties
- Detecting faulty operations and reporting those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
- Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience
- Two years mechanical, electrical, plumbing or industrial maintenance
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license and insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
