As the Revenue Analyst you will work closely with a group of Revenue Managers to provide daily support functions and project assistance, which requires an eye for detail and the ability to balance priorities and multi-task. You will be responsible for the completion of necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports required for distribution to the organization to maximize occupancy and profits associated with eligible rental inventory at all assigned properties. Additional time will be spent on Revenue Management concepts and hand-on application.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Responsible for updating and maintaining daily & weekly reports for Revenue Team, such as strategic, balancing, etc and forecasting support.
- Inventory Management – Consistently evaluate inventory allocations to promote maximum use and implement effective yielding tactics to ensure utilization of various segments supports business goals. Manage the daily upload.
- Responsible for the creation and monitoring of special program offerings for Club Members, such as MaxTime, to generate Club bookings and increase utilization.
- Overseeing RMS for adjustments to rates, discounts, restrictions, hurdle points, etc. in conjunction with direction from Revenue Managers during forecast weeks.
- Responsible for supporting the Revenue Team with special projects, audits, accounting adjustment, special reservations request, inventory transfers, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 year equivalent preferred
- Timeshare or Travel industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel is preferred.
- Must be self-sufficient and a self-starter.
- Must be detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and balance priorities.
- Ability to work closely within a collaborative team environment and as an individual with moderate supervision.
- Interest in professional growth within the field of Revenue Management.
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS:
This position requires that you work from the corporate office @ 9271 S. John Young Parkway, Orlando, FL 32819 Monday - Thursday and you work from home on Friday.
Schedules are generally between the hours of 8AM and 6PM but may vary depending on business needs, and could entail working weekends and possibly nights and holidays. Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of departmental operating hours.
