The Tour Receptionist will facilitate the guest tour flow using a prepared greeting. It is the responsibility of the Tour Receptionist to assist the sales and marketing teams as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Greet guest and ask qualifying questions necessary to arrive in system.
- Light data entry and processing reports.
- Communicate with management team of your arrivals.
- Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate department.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
- Customer Service and/or hospitality experience preferred.
- Basic office and phone skills are a must.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and mainframe applications.
- Must be process-oriented with attention to detail and the function of detail.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Strong Oral Communication skills.
- Strong Work Ethic, high energy level and positive attitude.
