About this role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative with 0-2 years of experience to join Simple AI's lean, fast-moving go-to-market team. You'll be on the front lines of outbound growth — cold calling, prospecting, and representing Simple at conferences — helping bring AI-powered voice agents to iconic enterprise brands. This role is built for someone with serious grit, high energy, and a hunger to grind.
What will you be doing?
- Cold calling prospects daily — this is a high-volume, phone-first role requiring resilience and determination
- Running outbound sequences via cold email and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline
- Attending conferences to attract prospects to the booth and book meetings for AEs
- Completing a prospecting take-home exercise and writing compelling outreach copy as part of the interview process — and then doing it for real
- Collaborating closely with 2 AEs and the broader GTM team (growth marketing, GTM ops) to move deals forward
Key Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience; new grads welcome — personality and grit matter more than tenure
- High energy, upbeat, and genuinely excited — you'll be cold calling and working a conference booth, so charisma is non-negotiable
- Willingness to grind: 5 days/week in-office in SF (plus Sunday half-days) with early starts to reach East Coast clients
- Comfortable with travel — roughly once a month for conferences
- Strong written outreach skills and ability to prospect quality leads independently
