We are looking for a Founding Growth Associate with 1-4 years of experience from an elite environment like banking, consulting, or a high-growth startup. We're seeking a commercially sharp, relentlessly curious individual who is excited to operate like a founder to help us build our US business and sales pipeline from the ground up.
What will you be doing?
- Own the top of the sales funnel for the US market by identifying strategic accounts and running multi-channel outbound campaigns.
- Break into new markets by running targeted experiments to open new geographies and industry segments.
- Support live deals alongside the CCO and Commercial Leads, assisting with RFPs, proposals, and pipeline management.
- Run C-suite level events like dinners and roundtables to deepen relationships with senior buyers.
- Accelerate into an enterprise deal-making or leadership role within 8-12 months.
Key Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as banking, consulting, startups, or VC.
