CRB Services is seeking a motivated and compassionate Employment Specialist to support individuals with disabilities in achieving meaningful, competitive employment in the community. If you’re passionate about helping others reach their goals and thrive in the workplace, we’d love to hear from you!
As an Employment Specialist, you will:
- Support individuals in identifying career interests, strengths, and employment goals
- Assist with job searches, applications, resume building, and interview preparation
- Develop relationships with local employers to create job opportunities
- Provide on-site job coaching and training to ensure success in the workplace
- Offer ongoing support to help individuals maintain employment
- Complete documentation and service notes in compliance with state requirements
- Promote independence, confidence, and professional workplace skills
What We’re Looking For:
- At least a High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in human services preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Open availability
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass all required background checks

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
