You'll be coming in to lead a highly capable group of developers and system analysts, own the Elite 3E platform and vendor relationship, and guide a thoughtful evolution toward modern development practices. Responsibilities:
- Leading a large team of developers, system analysts, and managers across financial systems support and development
- Owning the firm's core financial systems platform and managing key vendor relationships
- Driving a modernization agenda; modern development practices, deployment pipelines, and cloud-connected data flows
- Partnering cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into technical direction
- Mentoring and developing managers, with a focus on long-term team growth and retention
You're likely a fit if you have:
- 15 years in financial systems, ideally with Elite 3E exposure
- A development background SQL roots, custom application experience
- Real people leadership experience at a manager-of-managers level
- Professional services or law firm experience (a plus, not a must)
