This role will focus on improving cost visibility, enhancing reporting, and driving strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee cost accounting, inventory, and plant financials
- Analyze variances and production performance to drive decision-making
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Lead month-end close and financial reporting processes
- Improve systems, controls, and reporting accuracy
- Partner with operations to align financials with plant activity
- Supervise and develop accounting staff
Qualifications
- CPA required
- 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing finance/accounting
- Strong cost accounting and inventory experience
- Background working closely with plant or operations teams
- Experience with ERP systems and Excel
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills across finance and operations
