We're partnering with a growing operations company seeking a Senior Accountant to support high volume financial operations tied to supply chain and production activity. This person will work closely with the Controller and finance leadership to ensure daily transactions, inventory movement, and regional activity are processed accurately and consistently.
This is a hands on role with exposure to procurement operations, vendor management, regional distribution, and multi jurisdiction tax reporting. The company is scaling quickly and looking for someone who can bring precision, organization, and operational discipline to the accounting function.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily purchase invoices and match them to purchase orders and supplier records
- Generate and validate customer invoices based on delivery and logistics data
- Maintain daily inventory records across multiple operating regions
- Reconcile daily cash activity and resolve transaction discrepancies promptly
- Produce inventory and transaction reports by region and customer for management review
- Support tax and compliance data preparation across multiple jurisdictions
