About the Role
As a Senior Growth Lead, you will own candidate pipeline performance end-to-end for some of our most critical initiatives. You’ll operate with high autonomy while leading a pod of Growth Associates, making key decisions across prioritization, sourcing strategy, and execution.
This role is ideal for someone who has mastered outbound and growth fundamentals and is ready to take ownership of outcomes—while still staying hands-on.
What You’ll Do
- Own Expert Sourcing Pods: Lead sourcing efforts across key projects, accountable for quality, speed, and throughput
- Manage Capacity & Throughput: Balance your workload and your team’s capacity to consistently meet demand
- Scale & Optimize Channels: Test, evaluate, and expand sourcing channels to maximize efficiency and output
- Build Expert Relationships: Develop strong relationships with high-performing experts to drive repeat engagement
- Oversee Talent Pipelines: Manage multiple pipelines end-to-end, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Project teams to align sourcing with business needs
- Drive Growth Outcomes: Ensure sourcing directly supports revenue and scalable delivery
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 3–5 years in GTM, outbound sales, or growth roles
- Proven success owning pipelines and delivering results at scale
- Strong experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, or similar
Skills & Mindset:
- Sharp judgment and prioritization under pressure
- Data-driven approach to tracking and optimizing funnel performance
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
- Thrives in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments
Nice to Have:
- Experience mentoring or onboarding junior team members
- Background in marketplaces, platforms, or two-sided businesses
- Experience collaborating with technical teams
