Our client, a prestigious luxury apparel brand, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day HR operations while making a meaningful impact across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and more. This is a fully onsite role based in the Los Angeles area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of HR programs across talent management, compensation, benefits, leaves, employee relations, and training
- Maintain and update employee records
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts: posting jobs, interviewing candidates, making offers, and onboarding new hires
- Participate in investigations and help resolve employee concerns
- Facilitate performance review processes
- Coordinate training programs including safety, anti-harassment, and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
- Proven HR experience
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience using UKG or other HRIS systems
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully onsite environment
