A globally recognized investment firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to one of its most senior global leaders. This is an opportunity to join a prestigous organization known for excellence, collaboration, and operating at the highest level.
This role is ideal for someone who is polished, proactive, resourceful, and energized by complexity. You'll serve as a strategic partner, managing competing priorities, navigating a constantly evolving schedule, and playing a critical role in keeping a senior executive operating at maximum effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage an exceptionally complex and ever-changing executive calendar
- Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted gatekeeper for the executive
- Arrange extensive domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, travel logistics, and comprehensive trip materials
- Prepare and process complex expense reports with exceptional accuracy
- Partner closely with Executive Assistants and business teams across the organization to ensure seamless coordination
- Leverage AI-enabled productivity tools and technology to support meeting preparation, research, and day-to-day operations
- Coordinate team engagement and culture initiatives
- Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion
- Support special projects and provide operational support wherever needed
What We're Looking For
- 10 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Outstanding organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong business judgment with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Calm under pressure with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across all levels of an organization
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging emerging technologies, including AI tools, to increase productivity
Salary : $150,000 - $165,000
