Executive Assistant to Managing Director
An elite, globally renowned investment management firm is hiring for an Executive Assistant to support their wonderful Managing Director of Human Capital.
Compensation & Comprehensive Benefits
- $110k–$120k base salary plus eligibility for paid overtime and annual discretionary bonus.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Operational Agility
- Lead complex, fluid schedule coordination in MS Outlook, seamlessly adapting to shifting priorities and dynamic internal/external requests.
- Serve as an approachable, professional frontline partner for global business leaders, external stakeholders, and key candidates.
- Anticipate upcoming operational obstacles, manage workflow bottlenecks, and prepare background context ahead of critical meetings.
- Partner closely with internal recruitment leads to arrange complex interview schedules and logistics for senior hires.
- Role Expansion Opportunities: Take on higher-level administrative projects and special assignments as bandwidth permits.
Experience & Qualifications
- Professional Background: 8 to 15 years of executive-level support experience within investment management, financial services, top-tier strategy consulting, or corporate law.
- Proven Stability: A strong history of career longevity and reliable tenure in prior roles.
- Attributes & Working Style:
- Exceptional responsiveness and a client-first, solution-oriented approach.
- Humble, low-ego demeanor combined with executive presence and professional polish.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a quieter, boutique satellite CT office environment (~12 colleagues max onsite).
