The Role
This Coordinator role is a tremendous opportunity to learn the hedge fund business at a successful and growing fund. The position is twofold and its goals are to serve as: (1) Support: create a structure which allows your team to operate at the highest level; and (2) Broker Liaison: uphold the integrity of the fund and its research process as a face to Wall Street. You will:
• Liaise with sell-side sales coverage for model, call and meeting requests
• Manage calendars for your team
• Procure and screen investment research
• Conduct ad hoc research projects
• Answer phones for your team and overflow from other lines as needed
• Maintain contact database
Qualifications
• Degree from a top university
• Zero to three years of post-collegiate work experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and desire to excel in a dynamic work environment
• Advanced ability in Microsoft Office products; familiarity with Bloomberg a plus
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
