CareCore at Willowood is seeking a dependable and flexible PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled PTA treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
- Assist with weekend skilled admissions coverage
- Maintain availability for Monday coverage and PTO support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health
- Support residents in achieving functional mobility and independence goals
- Current Ohio PTA license
- SNF/LTC experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible and reliable availability
- Experience with Net Health preferred
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Supportive in-house rehab team
