PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Monday and PTO Coverage

CareCore at Willowood is seeking a dependable and flexible PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team.

This opportunity is ideal for a PTA looking for PRN coverage, including weekend, Monday coverage, and assistance with PTO coverage as needed. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact with short-term rehab and long-term care residents, we’d love to connect with you.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist with weekend skilled admissions coverage
• Maintain availability for Monday coverage and PTO support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health
• Support residents in achieving functional mobility and independence goals
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Current Ohio PTA license
• SNF/LTC experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexible and reliable availability
• Experience with Net Health preferred
