What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care environment
- Assist with weekend skilled admissions coverage
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
- Complete timely documentation using Net Health
- Help residents improve independence, safety, and quality of life
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio
- SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working independently during weekend coverage
- Experience with Net Health preferred
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Supportive in-house rehab team
