CareCore at Mary Scott is seeking an inspiring and engaged Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to guide our beautiful, historic, and vibrant facility. As our Administrator, you will direct the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations while upholding the standards, values, and mission of CareCore Health. You will have the authority, support, and autonomy to lead your team, strengthen systems, and drive exceptional outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of 5 years experience has a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
• Proven success in long-term care leadership
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Ability to motivate teams, build relationships, and foster a positive culture
• Solid experience with financial oversight, operational management, and survey readiness
