CareCore at Gaymont, a nursing home facility in Norwalk, Ohio and part of the CareCore Health family, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist.
The HR Generalist will support leadership with all aspects of the hiring and recruiting process, maintain employee files, benefits, and policies, and ensure compliance at all times. This role will also be responsible for payroll processing, managing BWC claims, and unemployment. In addition, the HR Generalist will oversee staff appreciation and employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with the corporate office.
