Primary Duties:
- Maintain a positive attitude towards residents, guests, visitors and co-workers
- Demonstrate attention to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to follow and adhere to standard policies and procedures
- Maintain all assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition
- Wash, dust, polish, vacuum and sweep
- Empty and clean trash cans
- Listen and respond to resident’s queries and requests
- Observe and report maintenance issues
