Your Role:
As the Regional Director of Operations, you'll serve as a key leadership figure, responsible for:
- Providing strategic oversight and guidance to facility administrators
- Ensuring operational and regulatory excellence across assigned locations
- Driving quality care outcomes, resident satisfaction, and team engagement
- Leading financial performance, census growth, and staff development initiatives
- Collaborating with executive leadership to align goals and drive innovation
- Proven success in multi-site operations management within skilled nursing or senior healthcare
- Current LNHA license (Ohio) required
- Skilled communicator with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams
- Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s a plus)
- Travel within your region is required
