CareCore at Margaret Hall is seeking a Full Time Floor Technician to join our Environmental Services team. Our beautiful skilled nursing facility is located in the heart of Cincinnati in the desirable Hyde Park and O’Bryonville area.
The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining clean and safe floors throughout the facility while supporting the housekeeping team to ensure a clean, comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly floor care schedules
- Sweep, mop, and buff tiled hallways and resident rooms
- Strip and wax floors in resident rooms and common areas as scheduled
- Assist with trash removal throughout the facility
- Safely operate and maintain floor care equipment
- Follow infection control procedures and proper use of PPE
- Assist housekeeping with cleaning duties when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, bathrooms, and equipment
- Complete required daily documentation
- High school diploma or GED preffered
- Previous floor care or housekeeping experience preferred
- Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus
