Dietary Manager

CareCore at Mary Scott, a beautiful and historic facility in Dayton, OH, is seeking a Full-Time Dietary Manager to join our team.

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring quality meal service, regulatory compliance, and a positive dining experience for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dietary operations and kitchen staff
• Ensure meals are prepared and served in accordance with physician orders and resident needs
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and sanitation regulations
• Manage food ordering, inventory, and cost control
• Supervise, train, and schedule dietary staff
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards are consistently met
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous dietary management experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting strongly preferred
• ServSafe Certification preferred
• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and regulatory standards
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
