- Assist with planning and leading recreational, social, and group activities
- Engage residents in activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Follow resident care plans and adapt activities to meet individual needs
- Help set up and clean up activity areas and events
- Supervise residents during activities, including designated smoke breaks
- Support the Activities Director with daily programming and special events
- Previous experience in long-term care or activities preferred
- Energetic, positive, and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable supervising smoke breaks
