Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the entire facility.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead and support department heads in achieving organizational goals.

- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and occupancy management.
