Available Shifts:
Full-Time Day shift 6:00am-6:00pm
PRN Opportunities Available
Every other weekend and holiday required

Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while promoting dignity and independence.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
Answer resident call lights and respond quickly to resident needs.
Accurately document care provided according to facility policies.
Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Qualifications:
Current Ohio STNA license required.
Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
