Requirements:
Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
Experience in long-term care (preferred but not required)
Ability to work every-other weekend rotation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for providing exceptional care
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
Monitor residents' health and promptly report changes
Support mobility and safe transfers
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Adhere to all state, federal, and facility regulations
