Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and perform routine medical procedures

• Assist with chronic care management and remote patient monitoring

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to develop personalized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient data

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Medical Assistant/CNA Experience: 2 years (Required)

• Vital Signs Skills: 2 years (Required)

• Driver's License: Required

• Certified Medical Assistant: Required

Work Environment

• Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Experience: High-volume setting with a focus on efficiency and productivity
